Returns/Exchanges

Returns are accepted for store credit only. Items must be returned within 15 days of the date received. We will provide store credit via gift card to your email. 

Items must be in NEW condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor free, and must not contain any markings from makeup, deodorant, etc. If any of the above are found on the item, we will return the item back to you. You will be required to pay for shipping before the item is sent back to you. 

Jewelry, accessories and belts are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sale items and all coupon codes 30% off and higher are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return.

Two Blondes Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you. 

Store credit issued (due to a return or exchange) is not eligible to be used on pre-order items. We do pre-orders to generate interest, secure how many items are wanted, and to have the customers pay beforehand. Store credit may only be used on items listed on the website and are not listed as "PREORDER."

SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A FREE GIFT MUST ALSO INCLUDE THE FREE GIFT IF RETURNED.

IF YOU FEEL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.
